Who it is for

Companies and individuals that already move cargo with us, or are about to start, and want to pay on credit instead of shipment by shipment.

It does not replace the credit assessment or guarantee approval of the line.

What you need to hand

  • Valid certificate of incorporation, if applying as a legal entity
  • Legal entity or personal ID number
  • ID of the person signing, both sides
  • Power of attorney, if an attorney-in-fact signs
  • Tax exemption letter, when applicable
  • The signed contract, which this form generates for you
  • Two trade references with contact person, phone and email

Applicant and company

Who is applying for the credit, on whose behalf and who signs. The acknowledgement with the reference number goes to the applicant's email.

Who is applying

Enter your first and last names exactly as they appear on your ID.
Enter your full email address, with the @ sign and the domain.
Select the country from the list and enter a single number, without the country code.

The company

Entity type *Select "Legal entity" if the credit is in a company's name; "Individual" if it is in yours.
Enter the exact registered name shown on the certificate of legal standing, or your own name if you are applying as an individual.
This is the number you pay taxes under: corporate ID, tax ID or NIT. Enter it with its hyphens.
Describe in one line what the company does, for example importing and selling spare parts.
Enter the company's website address, for example starcargoservice.com.

Tax domicile

Select the country where the company has its tax domicile, not the destination of the cargo.
Enter the province or, in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua, the department.
Enter the canton; in Panama it is the district, and elsewhere the municipality.
Enter the district; in Panama it is the corregimiento, and elsewhere the neighborhood or zone.
Enter the directions to get there: street, number, building and a landmark.

Representation

Is the person applying the company's legal representative? *Select "Yes" if you are the legal representative and will sign; "No" if an attorney-in-fact will sign.
