Who it is for

Panamanian companies that operate with us and must complete the due diligence file required by regulation.

It does not apply to individuals: the file belongs to the company.

What you need to hand

  • Public registry certificate issued less than a year ago, or the consortium agreement deed
  • Legal representative's identification: ID card on both sides, or passport
  • The company's RUC and check digit
  • Invested capital, incorporation date and start of operations
  • The company's economic activities, with their ISIC code
  • The form the procedure generates, signed by hand
